Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
- Partner with sales, operations, quality, and innovation teams
- Match customer technical needs with existing Covia products
- Lead foundry testing and support technical qualification activities
- Attend customer plant audits and represent Covia at conferences
- Deliver internal and external technical training to customers and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience within the foundry industry, with demonstrated expertise in green sand, cold box, no-bake, and resin-coated sand processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, team-oriented environments
