analyze the needs of your internal customers
translate them into requirements to be developed into the CRM
ensure these requirements are effectively, efficiently and timely implemented
engage with key business stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
gather business requirements including design and management of business process flows and user stories
interact on a daily basis with internal business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners
work on a daily basis with Sales cloud, Services cloud and Community
collaborate with other Alpega teams as well as autonomously on your own projects
receive a complete onboarding to our system, procedures and company structure
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
Bachelor degree, ideally in a related field (not mandatory)
A good understanding of the main concepts of Salesforce (data and security management, user management, process automation tools, build and manage reports for data analysis, etc.)
English is our work language, so being fluent is a must
Any other European languages is a plus
Salesforce Admin certification is a plus (but not mandatory)
Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
Availability to travel is required (once a quarter)
