Accountable for the regulatory inventory, regulatory compliance products library for Pismo and DPS Products
Responsible for ensuring product compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e., product, technology, legal, risk governance, etc.)
Monitor regulatory environments assisting product teams in finding and understanding changes in regulations
Lead the creation of training for regulations applying to products using Visa University, Legal, and key stakeholders
Assess new products, vendors, and partnerships for regulatory excellence and adherence to Visa’s policies
Collaborate with key team members supporting Audit, Security and Compliance activities related to Pismo and DPS Products

8 or more years of relevant work experience
Preferably with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
5+ years of experience in the payments industry (debit, credit, fintech, banking, network processing, issuer processing, acquiring, money movement)
Current relevant experience in Regulatory, Product, and or Compliance is required
Demonstrate broad privacy and regulatory knowledge across common industry policy bodies
Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English
Professional certification focused on the payments, regulatory, or compliance preferred
Advanced skills in Jira, MS Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook
Advanced Spanish
