Serve as the operational, program, and project management backbone for the partner business.
Lead cross functional initiatives, improve processes, build reporting capabilities, and deliver programs that enhance partner performance, alignment, and visibility.
Manage complex projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring requirements are defined clearly, timelines are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes are delivered with quality.
Track project risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where needed.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that strengthen accuracy, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.
Develop and maintain operating rhythms for partner processes, ensuring predictable, consistent execution across teams.
Maintain and improve the Partner Portal experience.
Provide analysis and insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or sales/partner operations, ideally in SaaS or channel-focused environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from planning through execution.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
