Coordinate paid social and video campaign execution to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth
Support campaign ideation and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Connected TV, and YouTube; analyze performance and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI
Partner with external agencies to design and execute tests, measure and report on campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Cornerstone Brands at the forefront of digital marketing
Requirements
1+ years of experience in paid social and video marketing
Proven track record in customer acquisition and performance optimization
Experience in campaign management across major social platforms and video channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Connected TV)
Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
