Responsible for driving growth and expanding direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region for products or services.
Establishes professional relationships with key contacts in customer accounts.
Achieves assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in medicine, computer science, business, or a related field
Ability to assimilate, understand, and articulate highly complex technical and clinical information related to company and industry products
Professional sales skills to promote products and value propositions
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer and IT skills, including CRM, CAD/CAM, and navigation systems
Fluent/native proficiency in the local language
Strong command of English
Valid driver's license (travel required)
Minimum of 3 years working as a dental technician in a dental laboratory OR minimum of 3 years of results-driven sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with a direct competitor OR a minimum of 4 years in results-driven sales, preferably in the medical device sector
Proven experience in a similar sales role
Solution selling focused on closing deals or via commercial agreements (cross-selling company products)
Strong approach to segmenting current and prospective customers
In-depth knowledge of competitive dynamics
Strong collaboration within the organization
Ability to work with peers and cross-functional teams
