Manager, Transaction Advisory Services

Role Overview

• Provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients
• Work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports
• Research and financial analysis of target companies
• Communication with clients to ensure exceptional client service
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask
• Intermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex financial analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
