Health Project Coordinator – Site Lead

Role Overview

• Provide operational support for large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment
• Drive the planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and budgets
• Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership and senior management
• Oversee all deployment phases, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum
• Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment execution
• Develop strong understanding of client practices, policies, and processes to effectively perform role responsibilities
• Support development of deliverables, including data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and documentation to inform decisions and drive progress
• Document and escalate patient safety issues identified during or after deployment through appropriate channels for timely resolution
• Coordinate and support triage efforts, including events, forums, and incident management workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
• Oracle Health EHR implementation experience
• Previous Healthcare IT or EHR deployment experience
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project planning and execution and workstream domain
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiences
• Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
• The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 75% travel to client sites nationwide
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
• US Citizenship required
