Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
