Drive innovation in campaign formats, contributing to Pubity’s differentiation in the youth-culture and Gen Z publisher space.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) for insights, ideation, and deck creation — improving output speed and quality across the team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Production, and Sales to build integrated, client-ready strategies that feel cohesive and on-brand.
Partner with regional teams to ensure consistency of messaging, positioning, and strategic approach across markets.
Lead with strong project management discipline — owning timelines, managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and keeping quality high under pressure.
Serve as a cultural and strategic voice within the team, mentoring junior strategists and shaping how strategy is done at Pubity.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in campaign strategy, integrated marketing, brand partnerships, or a senior creative/media agency role.
A proven track record of responding to briefs of all sizes — quickly, strategically, and to a consistently high standard.
Strong productisation skills: able to turn ideas and insights into scalable, packaged solutions.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and what resonates with Gen Z and youth audiences.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills — able to build and deliver compelling decks to senior clients and agencies.
AI literacy: hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, or similar.
Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics to shape and improve creative strategy.
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority briefs simultaneously.
Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and work well across teams and time zones.
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel, and modern collaboration tools.
