Role Overview
Seek opportunities: Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify potentially interesting advertisers.
Make connections: Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to build relationships with business owners.

Collaborate: Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth, well-informed handover of qualified meetings.
Stay organized: Keep all prospect information and activity up to date in Salesforce.
Hit your targets: Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity and pipeline development.
Requirements
Language proficiency: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Sales orientation: Proven ability to engage prospects through outbound outreach and cold calling.
Target-driven: Consistent track record of meeting quotas in a professional sales environment.
Tech-savvy: Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
Advertising enthusiast: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta or Google Ads) is a strong plus!
Resilient: A persistent, self-motivated mindset with excellent communication skills.
