About this role
Role Overview
Manage influencer strategy and campaign execution for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant creators
building strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies
Lead influencer campaign planning
from briefing and negotiation through to delivery, approvals, and reporting
Develop and pitch creative, insight-led influencer campaign ideas aligned to client objectives and platform trends
Own influencer communications
ensuring clear, professional, and effective collaboration with creators at all stages
Establish and refine scalable processes for influencer sourcing, outreach, contracting, and campaign management
Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and fees to ensure strong value for clients and fair partnerships for creators
Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for influencer campaigns
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and creator economy developments to inform strategy
Support organic social where required
ensuring influencer activity integrates effectively with wider social campaigns
Represent Connective3 at industry events, panels, and on owned platforms as a voice of influencer expertise
Mentor and support junior team members as the influencer function grows
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social, or talent management — ideally within an agency environment
Proven experience running end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing through to reporting
Strong network or experience working with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Deep understanding of influencer platforms, content formats, and creator dynamics
Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
A data-informed mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across contracts, timelines, and deliverables
Confidence representing an agency externally and contributing to thought leadership
