Role Overview
Telephone support of prospective clients based on a call script
Conducting structured initial conversations to assess needs
Maintaining and documenting contacts in the CRM system
Organizing and preparing financial advisory appointments
Assisting with events, seminars, and team activities
Requirements
You work reliably, punctually, and in a disciplined manner
You are comfortable working within clearly structured processes
You communicate pleasantly and professionally – both by phone and in writing
You follow instructions precisely and document your work conscientiously
Experience in sales, consulting, or customer service is a plus – not required
