About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct in-depth GAP analyses between the current architecture and the target Adobe Commerce architecture.
- Identify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Monitor application changes, manage risks, and ensure the IT system aligns with defined business processes.
- Oversee test phases, produce reference application documentation, and support users through change management.
- Track platform performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement initiatives to guarantee a highly available e-commerce service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce business analysis
- Proven expertise in Adobe Commerce / Magento (required)
- Proficiency with modern front-end environments such as Hyvä and extensibility solutions like AppBuilder
- Significant experience writing technical and functional documentation
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (developers, product owners, Ops) with a results-oriented approach
- Fluent English is required
