Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific customer requirements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, implementation and internal support teams.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM.
Own ongoing account management for existing customers, leading regular business reviews to drive retention and growth.
Sell the entire range of company services to all key areas of the veterinary market with a strong focus on cross-selling.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments.
Build & maintain strong working relationships with high profile Veterinary advocates, and with Covetrus colleagues.
Proactively create, manage your calendar, to ensure targets are hit for new business and growth in existing account.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably Veterinary or SaaS).
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and team player.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
Familiarity with Microsoft software packages and CRM tools.
