Accountable for the coordination and successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects concerning Fire Suppression products
Oversee all facets of projects, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress
Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project statuses
Maintain familiarity with various engineering, project management, and product concepts, practices, and procedures
Establish and sustain effective working relationships across teams
Uphold the organization’s values by promptly escalating issues to the appropriate managers for resolution
Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfactory resolution

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
8+ years of professional experience in electronic product design and new product introduction within a manufacturing context
8+ years of experience in program management
Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects to completion
Familiarity with PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®)
Experience with product launches
Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Proficiency in Visio
Experience within the fire protection industry
