Acting as the go-to subject matter expert for HRBPs and business leaders, providing consultative, data-driven advice for complex compensation challenges.
Implementing and managing CSL’s reward programs across the EMEA region.
Leading participation in analysing market trends to ensure our reward structures remain competitive and equitable.
Working closely with the Global Compensation, Benefits and Equity teams to ensure regional needs are represented in enterprise-wide initiatives, including Workday compensation cycles.
Overseeing statutory requirements and ensuring all pay practices adhere to local labour laws and internal CSL governance.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field is required.
Professional certifications (e.g., CCP or equivalent) are highly regarded.
Significant experience in Compensation and Benefits, specifically within a large, complex multinational organization across the EMEA region.
Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel skills for complex data modelling and analysis.
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to influence views and behaviours to ensure the appropriate reward decisions are being made within CSL.
Fluency in English is essential; however, a strong professional proficiency in at least one additional European language is highly preferred to effectively partner across our diverse regional footprint.
