Manage the client relationships and account life cycle for mid-market group clients with 50-99 lives
Act as the main point of contact and work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure service and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
Monitor carrier/BenAdmin discrepancy reports
Complete new client onboard and vendor installation workstreams
Attend client meetings and coordinate OE Meetings
Craft Open Enrollment presentations and create communication materials
Engage in quarterly/mid-year review meetings
Design and execute communication strategy for client events
Ensure timely update of client policy and service agreements

Thoroughly enjoy taking great care of customers
Desire to manage a book of business and maintain relationships
Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage
Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables
Strong ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to develop meaningful relationships with insurance carriers and with fellow employees
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma, college education preferred
Life and Health License required
Experience working in the Alaska benefits marketplace
Minimum 3 years of progressive employee benefits insurance experience (brokerage experience preferred)
Mid-market (50-99) experience required
Insurance designations a plus.
