Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, guide, and oversee a team of influencer marketing specialists to achieve campaign objectives.
Proven track record of building successful creator strategies, managing influencer-generated content frameworks, and fostering long-term creator partnerships.
Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and strong proficiency with performance tracking and analytics tools.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with an ability to work well independently as well as guide different departments across the business.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for drafting agreements, resolving conflicts, and building industry relationships.
Strong analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions and translate metrics into actionable insights.
