lead commercialization and customer success for TransUnion’s Consumer Solutions Products across key international markets including the UK, Canada, APAC, India, and beyond
spearhead the adoption of the Consumer Solutions operating model across markets to create a consistent Way of Working (WoW)
influence the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) across all international markets
ensure the viability and performance of our suite of Consumer products as well as alignment to International and global objectives and strategies
work closely with the broader Consumer Solutions Leadership Team, Regional Heads, and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. and C-Suite to ensure alignment across solution, market and enterprise level strategies
invest deeply in their team and develops strong relationships with diverse groups of people
define and support the regions with product design and user experience
update the implementation of the Identity strategy, gather voice of the customer, vertical & regional leaders and the relevant markets, define the data and product roadmap, and provide thought leadership, globally
Requirements
Proven senior product leadership experience in Consumer solutions
15+ years of progressively more responsible experience in product innovation
Strong strategic thinker with a track record of success working with less defined, whitespace opportunities
Experience working with partners from many verticals, from financial services, to telco, insurance and more
Experience working and understanding Consumer Global landscape for Privacy, Compliance, and Data regulations
Strong track record of managing product strategists and leaders
Strong knowledge of cloud partner capabilities, partnerships, and management across teams
Experience developing and delivering product roadmaps for business prioritization; develops business cases and advocates for investment as needed, which includes partnering with market teams and IT teams across the TU matrix
Compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, internal and external
Exudes accountability and ownership and is passionate about the problems their products solve
Solid organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments
Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive “can-do” attitude
