Junior Project Manager – Software & Digitalization

Role Overview

• Coordinating projects for the implementation of our Campus Management Software
• Scheduling and conducting regular recurring meetings (e.g., status meetings / jour fixe)
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets
• Preparing proposals and handling invoicing/billing
• Conducting trainings and workshops around academyFIVE
• Supporting clients in mapping their requirements into our software
• Serving as the interface between clients and internal departments
• Coordinating cross-functional tasks

Requirements

• Degree in a business, technical, or information technology field, or an equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in project management is desirable, preferably in a software environment
• Strong affinity for IT topics and a quick grasp of technical contexts
• Planning and organizational skills, determination, and assertiveness
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Confident presence with a sense of humor and team spirit
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and keep the big picture in mind
• Open, friendly personality and the ability to think beyond immediate tasks and bring in new ideas
• Clear and fluent communication in German and English
