Lead and coordinate projects to implement our campus management software academyFIVE for new clients, as well as system enhancements
Develop project governance and planning in close coordination with your clients and take overall responsibility for successful project delivery
Ensure project success through proactive risk analyses, active change management, and structured project monitoring and control
Keep schedules, budgets, and resources in view and take responsibility for monthly project billing
Coordinate and facilitate trainings and workshops — both on-site and online
Support our clients together with our software experts in mapping requirements within academyFIVE
Manage cross-functional tasks, resolve open issues, and ensure transparency throughout the project

Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a software environment
Strong affinity for IT topics and a quick grasp of technical contexts
Excellent planning and organizational skills, determination, and assertiveness
Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
Confident presence with a sense of humor and team spirit
Ability to remain calm under pressure and keep sight of the big picture
Open and friendly personality with the ability to think beyond immediate tasks and contribute new ideas
Confident and clear communication skills in German and English
