Providing legal and contractual support for ECE business under L&C supervision. End-to-end legal and contract support with ECE Customers, Partners, and Vendors, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Support all requests and work on various projects relating to contractual activities with the Procurement team. Leverage contract performance, expiry pipelines, and market intelligence to identify consolidation, value optimization, and sourcing opportunities.
Ensure contracts and supplier engagements adhere to data protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR, confidentiality obligations, and cross-border data transfer controls. Demonstrate the ability to deep dive into various supplier contracts to understand project requirements.
Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, ensuring alignment with Nokia’s policies and business objectives.
Close collaboration with Nokia’s other business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals, minimizing risks, and maximizing value retention
Commercial Contract Manager support legal approval of all ECE lead opportunities
Managing ECE the signing process for ECE business contracts in line with the Nokia Signing Policy, excluding Partner agreements
Managing contract lifecycle processes and systems for ECE related contracts
Supporting new ECE business models, solutions and commercial readiness from contractual and legal perspective
Requirements
Bs in Law and Masters will be a plus.
Knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and risk management principles
Practical work experience (for example, drafting and negotiating legal documents) from Technology and/or Telecommunication company.
Ability to understand Nokia’s solutions and services from a business and contractual perspective to provide effective support
Excellent interpersonal, team-work and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams in a global environment, previous experience working on customer interface is a plus.
Experience with contract management tools such as Salesforce, familiarity with AI-driven contract analytics, automation tools (Power Bi), or legal tech solutions is a plus
Very good English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
