Build and expand a European supplier network for used vehicles (including OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, dealerships, and remarketing partners).
Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers to support our remarketing and wholesale operations.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and process optimization.
Analyze sourcing markets and define strategies to increase vehicle availability and portfolio diversity.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Remarketing, Sales, Product, Data) to streamline supplier processes, interfaces, and data flows.
Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to improve transparency, availability, and cost efficiency.
Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., sourcing volume, activation rate, conversion, supplier performance) to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Several years of experience in sourcing, remarketing, or B2B vehicle trading, ideally with OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, or digital platforms.
Strong networking and supplier acquisition skills within the European used-car ecosystem.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with a solid understanding of digital business models.
Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
A proactive, communicative, and hands-on work attitude with a collaborative mindset.
