Review and validate sales quotes, and process sales orders for direct and channel partner customers across Avid’s portfolio of video and audio products, services, and support offerings.
Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order-related issues such as pricing, shipping, invoicing, and material availability
Manage invoicing exceptions, including credit and debit transactions associated with customer accounts
Ensure all orders comply with established order management procedures, company policies, and SOX compliance requirements
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to support timely order fulfillment and billing
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in order management, accounting, finance, or sales operations
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience with or proficiency in Salesforce is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
