About this role
Role Overview
Establish and develop Teltonika’s sales operations in Australia
Build, lead, and coach a local sales team
Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements
Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration
Execute and adapt HQ-defined GTM strategy to the Australian market
Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing a sales team in a senior or leadership role
Minimum working 5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results
Strong leadership and people development capability
Exposure to GTM / Go-To-Market strategy is a strong advantage
