Monitor and enforce brand standards across network-facing materials and campaigns.
Oversee commercial marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Manage and update network-facing content on intranet platforms and Xpressdocs.
Assist with creation and distribution of marketing resources for brokers and agents.
Provide day-to-day support for initiatives led by the Director of Field Marketing, including campaign development, presentations, and event activations.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing projects.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Xpressdocs and Canva
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
