Proven digital/instructional design experience with strong skills in authoring tools, multimedia production and content creation.
Learning science in practice
sound understanding of learning theory, learner‑centred design and modern, blended delivery approaches.
Clear translator of complexity
able to interpret operational processes and turn them into structured, engaging digital learning.
Confident collaborator and communicator
credible with SMEs and stakeholders; able to influence and build strong working relationships.
Analytical and improvement‑minded
comfortable using feedback, usage data and performance indicators to evaluate and refine solutions.
Coach at heart
keen to build capability in others (without formal line management), organised, and meticulous about version control and standards.
