Lead and Manage IT Projects: Direct complex, multi‑stakeholder technology projects across all phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out.
Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Create project charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, risk registers, and change control processes.
Coordinate Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with Business Analysts, technical experts, program staff, and vendor staff to align work and resolve issues.
Monitor Scope, Risks, and Quality: Track progress, identify risks early, and ensure delivery of high‑quality project outcomes that meet business and technical requirements.
Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor activities, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with statements of work.
Facilitate Meetings and Communication: Lead project meetings, brief stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Testing, Training, and Implementation: Coordinate UAT planning with Business Analysts, support readiness activities, and ensure successful adoption of new technology solutions.
Ensure Standards & Compliance: Apply DOJ policies, SDLC practices, and project management methodologies to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Six (6) years of experience in information services project or program management.
Education will be counted as experience if degree is in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or if a two (2) year accredited vocational training program was completed in information technology or related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI‑PBA, Prosci, Agile certifications, etc.
Familiarity with system integration, vendor management, and structured project governance.
Knowledge of or experience managing Organizational Change Management principles and activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Planner, Azure Boards/DevOps, or other project management tools.
