Role Overview
- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues and day-to-day life in Berlin
- Produce talking-head videos and voiceovers
- Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos tailored to Gen Z
- Regularly upload and schedule content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Engage the community via comments, replies and DMs
- Track performance and generate new ideas for follower growth
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and high content quality across all channels
- Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails and promotional materials
- Lead future content interns
- Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers and UGC creators.
Requirements
- Berlin-based: You know the local culture, vibes and the events that matter.
- Proven content experience and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking-head videos)
- Solid video and photo skills (professional equipment is a plus, but an iPhone is sufficient)
- Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on and open to new challenges
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
