Produce, organize, and maintain our product suites documentation, including Product Overviews and Descriptions, Installation and Configuration guides, Operational and Administration guides, Release Notes, Feature and System guides, Interface specifications, and Use Case guides.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in engineering and product management to gather, validate, and refine technical content.
Maintain and publish documentation using hosted documentation platforms.
Adapt technical concepts into documentation suitable for MNO and CPaaS customers, including customer operations and engineering teams.
Ensure documentation aligns with company templates, styles, branding, and formatting in drafts prior to final publication to PDF and HTML.
Maintain documentation sets across multiple products and releases.
Manage documentation workload across parallel project deliveries.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical content.
Collect and incorporate feedback from users to improve documentation quality and usability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, templates, and tooling.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience producing product documentation for large-scale technology products, but 'MNO/CPaaS experience' would be an advantage.
Experience writing documentation for enterprise-grade, production systems deployed in live enterprise IT networks.
Hands-on practical experience across security and telecommunications solutions to assist in delivering and improving documentation.
Solid experience writing in Markdown.
Experience using git for documentation, versioning, and collaboration.
Expertly skilled in using MS Office 365 applications.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to a technical audience.
Strong editing and proofreading skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards.
