Role Overview
- Support the Integrated Marketing Manager
- Lead the development of strategic creative briefs
- Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels
- Guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives
- Interpret campaign performance and regional market insights
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3
- 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
- Resourceful and solution oriented
- Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes
- Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
