Coordinate and handle security incidents: Incident Response, emergency and recovery management
Conduct forensic analyses and secure evidence for legal proceedings (including chain of custody)
Prepare final reports; maintain documentation in relevant systems; comply with defined processes
Design, optimize and quality-assure incident response and IT security processes; analyze and assess risks
Develop and maintain IR playbooks and runbooks in accordance with ISO/NIST
Advise clients on IR strategies, forensic methods and organizational improvements
Contribute to cyber security services, advisory and solution projects; continuously further develop the services
Provide sales support as a subject matter expert during client meetings; participate in on-call duty (Incident Response) or be willing to undergo IR training
