Monitor airline reservations, applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure profitability, cost reduction, and growth in ticket sales.
Use sales portals maisFLY, FlyGuru, and Wiki to consult and track airline policies and conditions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the sales process.
Optimize response times to ensure efficiency in customer service and the sales process.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a university degree
Microsoft Office suite
Languages: Basic English proficiency
Familiarity with ELATAM, EGOL, and AZUL Portal systems
