Work with clients to coordinate test cycles, align expectations, and drive success in project delivery.
Perform in‑depth test analysis and design, ensuring coverage for complex business workflows.
Lead cross‑unit collaboration at SimCorp to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments.
Own deviation management from identification through closure, ensuring high quality of defect reporting.
Lead regular client meetings, guiding them through the full testing lifecycle.
Mentor team members, contribute to CoPs, and support continuous development of capability across teams.
Drive knowledge transfer activities, structured training, and cross-team collaboration.

5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting roles on complex/financial systems.
Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at a project team level.
Experience working in the financial domain, including delivery of testing or consulting activities for financial institutions or enterprise financial platforms.
Experience of working with SimCorp Dimension is highly beneficial.
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to support and promote automation, efficiency and adoption of AI strategy within the team.
Proficient SQL and data analysis expertise.
ISTQB or other relevant qualifications.
Upper‑intermediate English or above.
