Role Overview
- Work across all areas of cases including liability investigations and medical record review
- Instruct experts and Counsel, conduct client and witness meetings
- Perform legal research and preparation of disclosures
- Attend court and collaborate with team members
Requirements
- Genuine interest in personal injury/clinical negligence law
- A sound understanding of personal injury and/or clinical negligence claims
- Familiarity with the Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Competence in using electronic case management systems
- Proficiency in IT applications
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
