Building and managing comprehensive programme delivery plans
Leading all aspects of programme scheduling, set‑up, registration, and course management
Coordinating and delivering learning programmes to meet annual completion targets
Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and decisions
Monitoring registrations, cancellations, and participant issues to ensure smooth delivery
Overseeing budget management and meeting financial accountability targets
Conducting programme reviews and analysing performance data to drive improvements
Managing day‑to‑day relationships with clients, internal teams, and vendors
Ensuring accurate, timely reporting and performance against SLA/KPI commitments
Maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure learning outcomes meet business needs
Building and managing a strong trainer pool and sourcing additional resources (venues, travel, etc.)
Requirements
Experience rolling out large-scale programmes
Strong knowledge of learning interventions and programme operations
Confidence using project management methodologies (critical path, critical chain, agile)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Analytical capability and robust reporting skills
Desirable experience includes exposure to organisational development, understanding organisational dynamics, and familiarity with blended learning design (eLearning, VILT, ILT, modern learner)
