Support annual inspection program including scope development, site prioritization, data processing, and Business Intelligence reporting
Develop and manage processes for all Facility Manager activities including furniture repair/upgrades and marketing/signage improvements
Lead IFM Learning & Development program with monthly lunch 'n learn trainings, Office Hours support, and ad hoc process development and communications for FM Team needs
Maintain robust documentation standards including playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials
Ensure communication best practices through biweekly IFM newsletters and FM Playbook updates
Strengthen new hire onboarding by building comprehensive program to support retention
Build Corrigo CMMS Governance framework and improve SLA gaps
Own IFM initiatives in Jira and oversee project documentation
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations coordinating across multiple facilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Design excellence in PowerPoint and skilled with functions and pivot tables in Excel
Interest and excellence in organization, process mapping and public speaking/training
Experience developing practices and procedures and Preventive Maintenance programs for Facilities Management teams
