Support and manage assigned field employees; oversee daily operations.
Develop a productive and effective working relationship with all assigned market personnel.
Continuously provide employee with program updates and performance feedback.
Provide one on one feedback to employees regularly.
Provide clear direction and expectations for all tasks and requested information.
Provide all pertinent information to the employee about the client’s products and industry specifics.
Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel and educate them on the importance of all administrative requests and execution activities.
Effectively manage performance issues in a timely manner and within TEAM policies and procedures, acting with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years’ experience in project or program management with promotional marketing or event execution responsibilities in the beverage industry preferred.
Team leadership experience.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Exercises high moral character and social responsibility.
