Role Overview
- Serve as the finance lead for DashMart business
- Work with GMs and product leaders to size opportunities
- Oversee financial reporting and forecasting
- Hold cross-functional partners accountable to their financial plan
- Mentor and develop new & existing talent
- Advise executive team on resource efficiency
- Build models and develop analytical frameworks
- Ensure necessary processes, systems, and tools are in place
Requirements
- 9+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience owning budgets for major functional areas within an organization
- Thrive in high-performance cultures, handle stress well
- Embrace ambiguity, rapid change and learning
- Lead by example and indirect influence
- Proven ability to earn the trust of senior leaders
- Experience building and reviewing highly complex models
- Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, marketplaces and grocery (nice to have)
