Role Overview
- Develop and deliver the local Compliance engagement strategy aligning with the Group Compliance Programme
- Monitor regulatory developments and develop subject matter expertise on local regulatory requirements and Swiss Re Policies & Standards
- Provide regulatory compliance advisory support for business risk processes and controls
- Develop and maintain local policies in coordination with the global policy framework
Requirements
- University degree plus 5-7 years of experience in regulatory and/or operational compliance
- Solid understanding of compliance risks and insurance
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English required; Portuguese and Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Risk Management, Audit, or Legal experience will be considered
