Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations
Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partners
Align internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteria
Ensure technical requirements are clearly documented, understood, and met across stakeholders
Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems
Ensure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testing
Oversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverables
Ensure partner workstreams align with Midnight’s technical architecture and roadmap
Track performance, surface risks early, and drive resolution
Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions
Ensure stakeholders have shared visibility into status and next steps

5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments
Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra)
Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort working with engineering artifacts (technical specs, GitHub, release plans)
