leading the development of the cohesive and comprehensive linkage between Power Grid Operations ("PGO") strategy, projects and programs with state regulatory policy
supporting State Presidents’ strategic planning and cost recovery planning frameworks
develop and maintain good working relationships with regulatory commissions
coordinate PGO regulatory filings
supporting the principal advocate for the Company in regulatory proceedings
leading due diligence and data request activities related to regulatory proceedings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
six (6) years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 6 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 year(s) related work experience
Master's degree in Business Administration, Business, Engineering or Other Technical discipline (desired)
In addition to desired degree, 8 years related work experience (desired)
knowledge of Commission rules, governing statutes, Company tariffs, and relevant regulatory rulings of precedent (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
4+ years’ experience with utility regulatory work
experience in Distribution, Transmission or Grid Modernization work groups
