Acquire new customers by phone using existing contact lists
Generate leads and qualified contacts through tailored, targeted conversations
Identify security needs of potential customers (e.g., awareness, phishing, compliance)
Establish initial relationships with decision-makers in a B2B environment
Diligently maintain and document all activities in our CRM system
Close coordination with the sales team
Actively support the expansion of our customer portfolio
Requirements
Experience in telephone sales, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation — ideally in a B2B environment
Enjoys communicating with new contacts and has a confident telephone manner
Persuasive and clear communication skills and a good sense for guiding conversations
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
Nice to have: Experience in cyber security, IT security awareness, or software sales
Experience in B2B lead generation
Understanding of topics such as phishing, social engineering, and security awareness
