Manage assigned Temporary Staffing Service’s workers’ comp book of business to meet established yearly retention goals
Deliver competitive renewal options that meet our agency partner requests and expectations to secure renewal policy
Exhibit strong decision-making skills to direct, monitor and respond to partner agents in a timely and professional manner on all regional policy inquiries and requests
Provide agent onboarding of all new policies to deliver clear understanding of carrier requirements, claims reporting, billing and policy service expectations
Build solid carrier relationships to expedite solutions to our agents/policyholders
Be proactive with agents and internal staff on updates on significant policies changes or events that affect policies or regional books
Maintain active policy records and add documentation within our data management system
Requirements
Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days
4-7 years of workers compensation experience in an agency, carrier, or wholesaler setting
Experience managing a book of business within underwriting guidelines
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work across internal teams, carrier partners, and agency networks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and performance reports
Agency management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
