Support the VP of Business Development & Training in executing training initiatives
Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs focused on Non-QM products, guidelines, processes, and tools
Maintain and update Non-QM training decks and materials
Develop and refine webinar presentations, specialty training decks, and sales enablement materials
Create customized white-label training materials for clients
Coordinate and manage logistics for webinars and training sessions
Track training participation, attendance, and feedback metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Finance, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, mortgage operations, or a related role
Interest in learning the Non-QM mortgage market and mortgage products.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
