Role Overview
- Conduct on‑site lubrication studies and audits
- Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting
- Deliver training and join technical presentations
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Produce accurate visit reports and maintain CRM documentation
- Contribute to field activities targeting an average of three customer-site days per week
- Share market and industry insights within the sales team
- Support sales colleagues during customer visits
Requirements
- Highly organized and autonomous
- Energetic and relationship-driven
- Clear and effective communicator in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Solid technical understanding of industrial processes
- Commercially aware and customer-focused
- Strong individual contributor
- Confident presenter and facilitator
- Flexible and mobile, willing to travel extensively
