Role Overview
- Support ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business in shopping centers
- Responsible for monthly checks and account reconciliations
- Coordinate payment and voucher service providers
- Design relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
- Identify optimization opportunities and drive automation initiatives
- Work closely with various departments to manage interfaces and communications
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
- Ideally, initial experience in process and project management
- Enjoy working on data-driven and analytical tasks
- Structured and proactive working style
- Proficient with common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good command of English
