Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact
Create high-leverage engagement points with customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle
Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals
Build reliable run-of-business systems that scale as Harvey grows
Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org
Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs
Own launch coordination end-to-end
Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps GTM, Legal, and leadership aligned
Requirements
5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company
You've built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully — not just inherited and maintained them
Experience working with AI-native products
Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data
Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment
