About this role
Role Overview
You are the central link between our customers, our products and safe technical solutions for smoke and heat extraction systems.
Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships
Support existing customers and identify new potential
Offer technical solutions for smoke and heat extraction systems
Carry out surveys/assessments for new maintenance sites
Actively develop sales strategies and implement them in your territory
Conduct market and competitor analyses
Reporting and action planning to advance your territory strategy
Requirements
Completed technical training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) or equivalent) or commercial training with technical further education
Initial experience in technical sales, field service or as a service technician is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoy interacting with customers, strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Confident use of CRM systems, tablets and mobile tools
